DAY 1 - TBILISI
Arrival in Tbilisi. Transfer from the airport. Free time for rest. Optional: Visit a Georgian traditional restaurant.
We can offer dinner at the Georgian restaurant with a folklore show in the evening. The repertoire of the show program: Includes Adjarian dance, “Mtiuluri”, “Rachuli” and Wedding Dance. Also, the program includes live music, Georgian pop songs, and songs in the voices.
This is really a very exciting show! The cost of €25 per person. DAY 2 - TBILISI-MTSKHETA
Tbilisi city tour. Metekhi church and monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali, the legendary founder of Tbilisi. Take the cable car to Narikala Fortress to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Sulfur bath district and Legvtahevi.
Meydan – central area, which before was the shopping area of the city and at the present time is surrounded by cafes – bars. The Sharden area is full of narrow streets with cozy cafés, wine-tasting bars, and souvenir shops. The Clock Tower of the famous Rezo Gabriadze Puppet Theatre. Cross the glass Bridge of Peace.
TOUR IN MTSKHETA. Departure towards small-town Mtskheta.
The monuments of Mtskheta are included in the UNESCO World Heritage and represent one of the most important parts of Georgian sightseeing. Visiting an ancient Monastery Jvari (VI century.) on top of a hill.
Visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (1010-1029 gg.). Return to Tbilisi.
DAY 3: BODBE-SIGHNAGHI
Visit Bodbe Monastery – the nunnery, one of Georgia’s major pilgrimage sites associated with the name of St. Nino (IVb). A trip to the city of lovers – Sighnaghi – a small town in the Alazani Valley. Tasting different wines
(not included in the price, € 10 per person).
Workshop on Georgian dishes: You’ll be able to cook Khinkali, Khachapuri, Mtsvadi – Georgian barbeque, and Georgian sweet – Churchkhela (not included in the price, € 20 per person). Overnight in Tbilisi.
DAY 4 - TBILISI
Day 4: Tbilisi
Free time.
Transfer to the Airport.
